Lee Tosca was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.  Following an early interest in art, engineering and design, she studied Industrial Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.  After graduating, she worked as a Fabricator under world-renowned architect and designer, Gaetano Pesce, and then opened her own design studio, focusing on commercial interiors and two-dimensional design.  Around this time, Tosca was presented with opportunities in a new vein – her deep knowledge of design, materials and fabrication (along with a life-long passion for film) made Art Direction a natural fit, and she quickly built a strong reputation, working on music videos, commercials, and films for top talent - among them James Chinlund (Planet of the Apes), Mike Mills (Beginners), William Wegman (Honda), Alan Ferguson (Coke), and Todd Oldham.  Tosca works as Production Designer, Art Director, and Design Producer, and currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her partner.
